On May 26, 2022, performance tests of 6 mares of the Hucul horse breed and two mares of the Shagya-Arab breed owned by the National Stud "Topoľčianky" were held at the National Stud and one Hucul mare owned by State Forests of the Slovak Republic, SCHK Dobšiná.

The pre-selection of stallions was part of the performance tests. Four stallions owned by the National Stud (Lipican and Shagya-Arab breeds) and one privately owned Shagya-Arab stallion took part in the pre-selection. The Arabian thoroughbred stallion privately owned by Equanadi Al Huriccane excused himself from the pre-selection.
