International Horse Exhibition HORSE 2026 at the National Stud Farm Topoľčianky

On 13 June 2026, under the auspices of the Slovak Horse Breeders Association (ZCHKS), the international exhibition HORSE 2026 was held on the grounds of the National Stud Farm Topoľčianky.

Spectators had the opportunity to see more than 60 horses of various breeds from three European countries, presented in 16 categories. The accompanying programme was also rich, featuring demonstrations of different riding disciplines and horse‑training methods. The event also included a horse‑handling competition for students from three secondary schools: the Secondary Vocational School of Horse Breeding and Services in Šaľa, the Joint School in Ivanka pri Dunaji, and the Secondary Vocational School of Hotel Services and Transport in Lučenec.

Horses from the National Stud Farm Topoľčianky were evaluated very positively by the international panel of judges. They achieved several first places in individual categories, won the stallion gene‑reserve title, the vice‑champion title, and even the overall champion of the exhibition.

In the category of stallion gene reserves, the Lipizzaner stallion Favory XII‑13 (Favory XII Alegra / Celestína Conversano VII‑10) took first place. Among 3‑ to 6‑year‑old Slovak Warmblood mares, Chassia (Quinnus II / Charisma) received the highest score. Lady Rose (Lord Weingard / Lovis Corint) excelled in the category of 7‑year‑old and older mares. Among Lipizzaner mares, the highest mark was awarded to Asinta (Conversano XIV Mirana / Astra Neapolitano XI‑20). The vice‑champion of the exhibition became the Lipizzaner stallion Favory XII‑13, and the overall champion of the exhibition — the show champion — was the Slovak Warmblood mare Chassia.

We are truly delighted, as these achievements at the largest horse‑breeding exhibition in Slovakia are a well‑deserved recognition of our long‑term and high‑quality breeding work.
